This project brief called for the creation of a vintage Atari poster. Requirements included a colour illustration painted in Adobe Illustrator, and an accurate technical drawing, also created fully in Illustrator. This full colour illustration was a learning curve for me as a designer. I was relatively new to Illustrator at the time, and was daunted by the task of producing a life-like drawing completely from scratch. With helpful tips from my professor and some perseverance and attention to detail, I can now say this project has been a defining moment in my illustrative career. This project gave me confidence to work on large projects outside of my comfort zone.
